Health Issues

Please advise us of any health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests and our team members, please provide a 4-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full service charge.

Gratuities

A 20% gratuity will be added to each service received. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Payment

We accept cash, traveler’s checks, or most major debit/credit cards. Hotel guests are welcome to charge spa services to their room account when guaranteed with a credit card.
